YUDC managed an enhancement of the Toronto Track & Field Centre (TTFC). This project was completed in May 2016.

 

As part of the legacy of the TO2015 Pan Am Games, this Sport Canada-funded project expands the TTFC indoor facility to include a High Performance Centre (HPC) for Athletics Canada national team athletes and extend the straight-away of the indoor track.

 

Two major additions have been made to the northeast side of the TTFC:

• Track Extension - 60m added to the straightaway of the indoor track

• High Performance Centre - approximately 2,800 sq. ft of fully equipped training, conditioning and recovery space for national team athletes

 

The TTFC is operated by the City of Toronto on lands leased from York University.
